Clear Sky Consulting Pty Ltd (“Clear Sky Consulting”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1. The information we collect
We only collect personal information reasonably necessary to provide our advisory services, including your contact details, the details of your enquiry, information about your circumstances and goals, and limited website-usage data.

We collect information directly from you - through our enquiry form, by email, over correspondence, and in person - wherever it is reasonable and practical to do so.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, deliver and tailor our services, communicate with you, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your information, and we receive no commissions that would create an incentive to share it.
4. Disclosure to others
We treat your information as strictly confidential and disclose it only with your consent, to trusted service providers bound by confidentiality, or where required by law.
5. How we store and protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access through secure storage, restricted access and confidentiality obligations, and we securely destroy or de-identify it when no longer needed.
6. Accessing and correcting your information
You may request access to the information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. We will respond within a reasonable period.
7. Cookies and analytics
We set cookies only after you accept them. With your consent, we use privacy-respecting analytics (with IP addresses anonymised) to understand, in aggregate, how our website is used; if you decline, none are set. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Our enquiry form transmits only the details you choose to provide.
